2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and maintain an account on the mbi99 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or older. mbi99 applies mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification to all accounts and may at any time require documentary proof of age in the form of a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identity document. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The mbi99 Platform is made accessible to users in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in your jurisdiction of residence. mbi99 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. If access or use is restricted or prohibited in your location, you must not use the Platform.
2.3 Exclusions. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on mbi99:
3.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one (1) mbi99 account. The registration of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses across all associated accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated throughout the duration of your account. mbi99 relies on the information you provide for KYC verification, payment processing, and compliance obligations. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mbi99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether conducted by you or a third party with or without your knowledge. You must notify mbi99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting our 24/7 support team.
3.4 KYC Verification. mbi99 may at any time request documentary verification of your identity, age, address, or source of funds as required under international gaming authority compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by mbi99 may result in suspension of withdrawal and/or betting privileges until verification is complete.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your mbi99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. mbi99 may close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other regulatory concern.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the mbi99 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. mbi99 is not responsible for any currency conversion charges imposed by your payment provider.
4.2 Deposits. mbi99 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, FPX, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts apply per method as displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are credited to your mbi99 wallet upon confirmed receipt. mbi99 does not accept cash deposits or third-party payment methods.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts in your own name that have been verified. mbi99 aims to process withdrawal requests to e-wallets and DuitNow within 5–30 minutes; processing times for bank transfers may vary. mbi99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as published on the Platform.
4.4 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from, or withdrawals to, accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from or directed to third parties may be frozen, reversed, or forfeited, and the relevant account may be suspended.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. mbi99 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy, up to the value of any remaining balance.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not valid until accepted and confirmed by the mbi99 system. Confirmation is displayed on screen and recorded in your bet history. mbi99 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of system error, unusual betting patterns, or suspected misuse of market information.
5.2 Bet Finality. Once a bet has been accepted by the mbi99 system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the Member except where mbi99 expressly offers an in-play cash-out facility and such facility is available for that specific market at the relevant time.
5.3 Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including incorrectly displayed odds, results, or system malfunctions — mbi99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts. mbi99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors outside its reasonable control.
5.4 Results. For sports betting, results are determined by the governing body or authoritative source for the relevant sport. For live casino games, results are determined by the live dealer platform. For slots and RNG games, results are determined by the certified random number generator. mbi99's determination of results and settlement is final.
5.5 Limits. mbi99 may impose minimum and maximum stake limits, win limits, and/or liability limits on any market, game, or account at any time. These limits may be applied globally or to specific Members based on risk management criteria.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by mbi99 are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Bonuses are offered in good faith for legitimate recreational players. mbi99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Member has opened multiple accounts, exploited a technical error, participated in coordinated bonus abuse, or otherwise attempted to manipulate any promotion.
6.3 mbi99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already accepted by eligible Members.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbi99 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and potential legal action:
8.1 All content on the mbi99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, data, and the "mbi99" brand name — is the property of mbi99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without mbi99's express written consent.
9.1 The mbi99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbi99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 mbi99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if mbi99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 mbi99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mbi99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10.1 mbi99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Members seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, wagering limits, and voluntary self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from the mbi99 Platform for a defined period or permanently, you may do so via your account settings or by contacting our 24/7 support team. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired. mbi99 will take reasonable steps to prevent a self-excluded Member from accessing the Platform.

12.1 mbi99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mbi99 will provide reasonable notice to affected Members via email, in-platform notification, or by updating the "Last Reviewed" date and version number at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following any such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which mbi99 operates its international gaming authority compliance framework.
13.2 mbi99's decision on any dispute relating to bet settlement, account balance, or any other aspect of the Platform's operations shall be final, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.
13.3 In the event of a dispute, you must contact mbi99's customer support team in the first instance. mbi99 will attempt to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted via the support channels available on the Platform.
